Infinity Energetics values our clients and respects their time. To ensure fairness, availability, and the ability to serve all members efficiently, the following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services, packages, memberships, and purchases.

 

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Requests made with proper notice may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will result in the forfeiture of the session.

 

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Infinity Energetics does not offer cash, credit card, or original-payment-method refunds for:

• Individual services
• Packages or promotional offers
• Memberships
• Online store purchases

This no-refund policy is disclosed prior to booking and payment and applies to all transactions unless otherwise required by law.

 

Service Credit Policy

In place of refunds, eligible cancellations made with proper notice may receive a non-transferable service credit equal to the amount paid.

 

Service credits:
• Are valid for 12 months from the original appointment date
• May be applied toward future services only
• May not be redeemed for cash or merchandise

Unused credits expire automatically after the validity period.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving documented emergencies, Infinity Energetics may, at its sole discretion, issue a service credit or allow a reschedule without penalty.

 

No refunds are guaranteed under any circumstances.

 

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, enrolling in membership, or completing a transaction through this website or affiliated booking platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
