Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

However, in order to ensure fairness and maintain our operations, we have implemented a no refund policy. Instead, we offer a credit system that allows you to use the amount paid towards a future appointment.

Our policy works as follows:

Rescheduling Options: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate your request. Simply inform us within a reasonable notice period, as specified in our terms and conditions, and we will assist you in selecting a new date and time based on availability.

No Refunds: In order to maintain fairness and the highest standards of service, we have implemented a strict no refund policy. We kindly ask you to review and understand the following policy: Once a reservation is made and is booked and paid for, refunds will not be provided. This applies to all services listed, including individual treatments, packages, and promotions.  The no refund policy also applies to online store purchases.  

Credit System: Rather than providing monetary refunds, we operate on a credit system. The full amount paid for the original appointment will be credited to your account and can be used for booking a future appointment within a specified timeframe. The credit remains valid for 12 months, giving you flexibility in choosing a convenient time for your rescheduled appointment.

Terms and Conditions: We kindly ask all clients to review and accept our terms and conditions, which outline our no refund policy for rescheduled appointments and provide further details regarding the credit system. These terms and conditions will be made available to you during the booking process or can be provided upon request.

Exceptions: While our general policy is no refunds for rescheduled appointments, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you find yourself in such a situation, please reach out to us and provide appropriate documentation or evidence, such as unforeseen emergencies or medical reasons. We will review these exceptional cases on an individual basis and may consider providing a refund at our discretion.

Communication and Reminders: We believe in transparent communication with our clients. We will clearly communicate our no refund policy for rescheduled appointments on our website and booking platforms. Additionally, we will send reminders regarding the credit system and the expiration date of your credits, if applicable, to ensure you can make the most of your credit.
