Effective Date: February 18, 2026

 

This Private Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the private membership community operated by Infinity Energetics (“Infinity Energetics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

By registering for membership, booking services, or participating in any offerings, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms of this Agreement.

 

Nature of the Private Membership

Infinity Energetics operates as a private, members-only wellness community. Access to services, facilities, content, and offerings is limited to individuals who voluntarily enroll as members and agree to this Agreement.

 

Membership is required to book or receive services.

This private membership structure is intended to:

• Foster a personalized and respectful environment

• Support informed, voluntary participation

• Clarify the nature of the relationship between members and Infinity Energetics

   

No Medical or Healthcare Relationship

Membership in Infinity Energetics does not create:

• A doctor–patient relationship

• A healthcare provider relationship

• Any obligation to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or care

All services are provided for wellness, relaxation, and educational purposes only, as further described in our Medical & Wellness Disclaimer.

 

Voluntary Participation

By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Membership is voluntary

• You are responsible for your own health decisions

• You may choose whether or not to participate in any service

• You may discontinue participation at any time

Results from wellness services vary from person to person, and no outcomes are guaranteed.

 

Membership Fees and Term

Membership may be offered at no cost or for a fee, as determined by Infinity Energetics at the time of enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Membership grants access eligibility, not guaranteed availability

• Membership does not include services unless separately purchased

• Membership may be revoked for violations of this Agreement

   

Member Conduct

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Respect staff, practitioners, and other members

• Follow posted policies, procedures, and facility guidelines

Infinity Energetics reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its discretion for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the values of the community.

 

No Waiver of Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or limit any rights afforded to members under applicable federal or California law, including consumer protection and privacy laws.

Membership does not exempt Infinity Energetics or members from legal obligations or responsibilities.

 

Assumption of Risk

By participating in services or activities offered through the private membership, you acknowledge that:

• Wellness experiences involve personal choice

• You assume responsibility for your participation

• You accept any inherent risks associated with voluntary participation

   

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Energetics shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the private membership community or use of services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

 

Relationship to Other Policies

This Agreement operates alongside and incorporates by reference:

• Medical & Wellness Disclaimer

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Privacy Policy

• Terms of Service

In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall control.

 

Changes to This Agreement

Infinity Energetics reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued participation in membership constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

 

Acceptance

By enrolling as a member, booking services, or participating in any offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Private Membership Agreement.
